The Physiotherapist can be contacted through the video chat based social media sites or even video calling. Home exercises can be taught, even some subjective parts of assessment, prognosis can also be discussed.
In government sector, the government can make outreach centres at PHCs or sub center level which can be connected to the Physiotherapy department at the CHCs or district level. That can make more rural public exposed to the state owned healthcare services. Many people don't go to take Physiotherapy treatment because of overcrowding at clinics or more distance from home/office etc. and that can make their rehab/treatment incomplete. Such can be countered through tele rehabilitation and more people can be made beneficiaries of Physiotherapy treatment.
